Your hosts for the New Member's Brunch are Staff Commodores Jim Senske and Les Kelly.


SGYC boats leave the confines of Huntington Harbour and head for open seas and the port of Long Beach.





Aquatic wildlife was observed as the boats traversed the Navy base.





Staff Commodore Giali displays his famous Halloween lure, great for catching pumpkins.






The next twelve photos record the arrival at the Marina Pacific Marina from the arriving boats view.












This site for the brunch was the Acapolco Mexican Restaurant y Cantina in Long Beach.

The air coverage provided by the Goodyear blimp.

The next series of photos are of La FORTUNA unloading. I would sware they must have stowed some passengers in the engine compartment. They just kept comming.

Jr. Staff Commodore Dale Giali had one more presentation left over from 2012 by presenting Staff Commodore Jim Senske and Lyn the host gift for hosting the New Member's Brunch event last year.

The event was honored with the attendance of our Founding Commodore Dewy Rudolph and Sandy.


The whole purpose of the New Member's Brunch is to introduce potential new members to a taste of membership.





Susan Lipman who after winning a prize in the 50-50 drawing, stayed at the mike long enough to give
The Super Bowl Party a very annimated plug.



Merrill Walstad is just enjoying the proceedings.

Another 50-50 winner is Deborah Fairon.


This big 50-50 winner Staff Commodore Mary Shebell is presented her prize by SGYC Treasure Lisa Zia.




After an enjoyable brunch there was nothing left but the ride home.
